How we work together
We provide this through programmes of personal coaching that are individually designed to meet each client's specific needs. We use the techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, added to experience of 28 years experience of R&D management, to help people to achieve what they thought was impossible for them.
It is possible to develop people beyond what appears to be their "natural" limit. Then you can:

A client recently worked with us to improve the way they managed the performance of their team members. This went right to the core of what individuals value. Management's tendency to focus on the task was reasonably effective in controlling the work but was not effective in motivating and inspiring the people. By changing this emphasis, they were able to raise morale and team commitment and reduce the loss of highly qualified people.
Our approach goes beyond conventional training that focuses on "what" to do. We unpick the internal thinking patterns that constitute how you do it. Usually, even an expert themselves can't articulate these patterns; they are unconscious. We have techniques to unravel all of this and transfer it to others.
